Burns Powder Coating and more got it’s start almost 2 years ago out of necessity. There were no powder coating services close to where we lived in rural Boone County, WV. People that needed something done had to travel great distances for quality powder coating services. We took it on ourselves to learn everything we could about the powder coating process. We started very small on our front porch and quickly began expanding as word got out. Soon our small oven was no longer adequate for the work we were being asked to do so a new larger oven was built opening up new work opportunities. Once again people were asking for bigger things to be coated so another even larger oven was built. Due to the increase in size of customer projects and larger ovens we were forced to move from our original location. We have built a small shop in Gallagher, WV. As we are experiencing a larger demand for work we hope to soon be able to expand even further. We have recently expanded our services to include ceramic coatings and some custom metal fabrication.
Our goal is to provide quality custom finishing for customer’s coating needs at a reasonable price. We provide high quality, cost effective, and environmentally friendly powder coating services.

We can coat many items including automotive wheels, drums, rotors, valve covers, oil pans, transmission pans, air cleaners, brackets, etc. ATV/motorcycle parts including frames, wheels, racks, handle bars, gas tanks, engine parts, suspension parts, etc. Misc. items such as push mower decks, yard ornaments, antiques, etc.
